Post-pandemic lifestyles can be hectic. Making time for our mental health is often a struggle. Patricia is so happy to bring the convenience of telehealth to you so we can overcome your challenges together. Currently, this is the way Patricia is seeing all clients. These sessions are secure, private, and convenient: ideal for busy people and for the chronically ill.
Individual Therapy
Patricia Kenney, LCSW, CMNCS provides online counseling services to help individuals overcome challenges with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, chronic pain, and chronic illness. She specializes in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) treatment and educates people about the connection between their diet and their mental health. Additionally, Patricia is dedicated to empowering clients who feel oppressed or marginalized, regardless of their personal circumstances or minority status.
Group Therapy
My dream is to offer a group therapy for sufferers of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This group may be conducted both in person and virtually. Group members will learn what is happening in their body, mind and nervous system when IBS is triggered. They will learn how to identify, process and neutralize the situations and emotions that create irritable bowel episodes.
